I am going on a pilgrimage. Pilgrimages have been happening for as long as humanity has been in a
quest for the divine. There is no church mandate, which prescribes pilgrimages, yet the sense of
pilgrimage seem to respond to a profound need of the human being to go beyond the limits of the
ordinary experience into the mysterious realm of the beyond. One does not go as a pilgrim to stay,
but to pass through a privileged experience that will transform in unsuspecting and uncontrolled
ways so that you can return to ordinary life in a completely new way. I am open to what ever God has
in store for me. My hope is that I will return and be better able to serve you by the experience.
